In November 2019 the Sunbury RSL Sub-Branch celebrated its 100th year of operation and to this day remains the only RSL within the Hume Municipality
We look forward to welcoming guests and prospective new members - drop in Wednesdays
Each month members of the Sub Branch get together for a social evening out at one of the local establishments
Gathering from 6:00pm on the third Tuesday in the month - its sit down from 6:30 - order at the bar.
Always a good night out - hope we will see you there...

In recent weeks members of the local RSL sold Poppies across various locations in Sunbury.
All funds are used for welfare of our Returned Services personnel.
Service: Tuesday November 11th 2025
The 2025 Remembrance Day Service will be held at the Sunbury RSL at 10:45am m on Tuesday 11th November

This year's service managed to dodge the inclement weather and was attended by around 500 members of the community.
Thanks to everyone who particpated including our local schools.
Also a big shout out to the Sunbury Community for their generous support for the 2025 Poppy Appeal
Membership
The Sub Branch welcomes enquiries regarding membership and/or transfers from other RSL branches. Please contact the Secretary for more information.
The general meeting of the Sub Branch is held on the second Monday of each month. Meetings commence at 7:30pm. The AGM is held in February each year.
The Sub Branch has a social gathering on Wednesdays each week and also has a monthly social dinner evening and monthly lunch. There is also an evening gathering for working members on the 2nd and 4th Friday evening each month.
